Q: How do I book?

A: Call us on one of the numbers on the contact us page or complete the contact us form including a contact telephone number and we will get back to you as quickly as possible


Q How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?

A: You can book anytime. However, bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

Q: Are there any additional charges to the price quoted?

A: No our price includes delivery,setup and dismantling


Q: Is a deposit required or a charge for cancellation?

A: No deposit is not required, and cancellations or re-scheduled bookings are allowed right up to the day of your booking.

 

Q: Can you provide supervisors for my event?

A: We do supply supervisors if required for events, all supervisors are CRB checked.

 

Q: When do you require the payment ?

A: We require payment at the start of your hire period.

 

Q: Is liability insurance included as standard?

A: Yes Full public liability is included in the price quoted.


Q: what areas do you deliver to?

A: We deliver to most addresses in
Nottingham, Mansfield and the Nottinghamshire area.
We also deliver to Derby, Derbyshire
and surrounding areas and some parts
of Leicestershire.
